Sunday Morning Impact

This is from the Sunday morning a week ago, on August 10. We talked about how we should treat people with different beliefs and from different cultures and backgrounds. Our scripture was from Acts, where Peter talked about a vision he had from God. At that time, Jews thought that Jesus had come only for them. They were still doing their Jewish customs. And in this vision, Peter saw that they were able to eat anything, that nothing God made was unclean. This showed Peter that Jesus had come for everybody, not just the Jews.
It was a good week, and the kids had a grasp of this concept pretty good. Despite differences, we are to love these people and speak truth to people wo are different than us.
